- Shipping & Delivery
- Products are shipped using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days excluding weekends and holidays. Exceptions apply if payment has not been verified or information is incomplete. Shipping costs are determined on the actual weight of the items to be shipped. A $2.50 handling fee is added to each order to cover packaging and processing. Make sure you check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided to us, or lost orders that were sent to a 3rd party. If a package is lost, you can make a claim with the postal carrier. It is best to use a trackable service such as FedEx or USPS. Most USPS services have limited or no tracking for packages.
International orders may be delayed as they are sometimes held in customs or by the delivery service. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Items containing certain chemicals cannot be shipped outside of the 48 contiguous United States. - Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy and will use your personal information for processing, shipping and collections in association with your order. Emails and phone numbers are used if we need to contact you regarding your order. We will send occasional newsletters and new product notifications to your provided email address. You have the option to “opt out” of receiving our newsletters or product notifications. We hate spam as much as you do and your information will never be sold or shared with 3rd parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive your package and the contents are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can help you file a claim and replace your order. Please keep all of the original packaging material as this will be necessary to file the claim. Items in their original condition and packaging may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping charges if returned within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All warranties on products apply.
